Hi, my name is Ashley. I am from Buffalo, When you come into The Facial Center, you can expect really good service. The staff is very friendly, welcoming. Having bodyshaping has really helped with my confidence level. BOTOX® is something else that I have experienced here. I love my results. My skin is more rejuvenated. I look younger and feel better. I love that their Eminence Skincare line is organic because I know that I'm not putting any harsh chemicals on my skin, and that's something you can't find just anywhere. I began noticing some lines around my eyes and my lips, and I just wasn't happy with that. So Dr. K and I decided BOTOX would be my best bet for around my eyes, and I also did JUVÉDERM™ for around my lips. Dr. K went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable - explained the procedure to me and was amazing. The girls who work here are amazing. They're friends of mine. They all know my name, and it's super comfortable coming in. I make all my appointments with Dr. K and his staff and would consider nowhere else. Dr. K is the best doctor around here for BOTOX and JUVÉDERM because he is so gentle and sensitive. I highly recommend The Facial Center because of the amazing staff and the care they give.

I looked at several different options but felt BOTOX was correct for my situation. The procedure was painless. We had a topical numbing agent, and I was out of the office within 15 minutes. Dr. K is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He makes the procedure very fun. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable in the product line. I love my results with BOTOX. I had just started seeing signs of aging - the crow's feet. The first time I initially came to see Dr. Brock, I came in with a friend for BOTOX. I was a little uneasy, but I felt very comfortable after I met him and his staff. Dr. Brock listens to me, and he knows I don't want to appear frozen, so he does it in a way that I look refreshed but not frozen, so I really like that about him. Very personable, very friendly and kind. Him and his assistant, Drema, they're great. A lot of times, when I go into the office, we laugh the entire time we're there. They just make you feel comfortable. He listens to you. Great place and great people. I really like them.

My experience with BOTOX has been amazing. I definitely was not a believer and didn't think that it would do anything for someone my age, but after getting it, I tell everyone it is awesome. My confidence has boosted one hundred percent. The staff there are amazing; they're very comforting, and they make you feel like royalty. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. If anyone needed BOTOX, I would definitely recommend them.
